Client Care

“All of the clerks I have dealt with have been excellent – highly responsive and understanding of our needs in respect of particular cases. They have been really good at identifying alternatives where a first choice might not be available – head and shoulders above other employment sets, it makes going back to them an easy decision.”

(Legal 500 2022)

“Excellent clerks. Always supportive in trying to put your interests and those of the client at the forefront at the same time as always advising on appropriate counsel for the job in hand. Extremely efficient and responsive and they offer more than normal clerk duties but can be regarded as part of the team throughout.”

(Legal 500 2022)

“Nothing is ever too much trouble; you get a first-class service.”
(C&P 2021)

Littleton Chambers is always committed to providing all clients with an excellent service.

We are anxious to ensure that if you do have any concerns regarding the quality of service delivered by any of our barristers or members of staff, that these are communicated to us as quickly as possible. Our aim would be to tray and rectify the matter immediately to your satisfaction.

We recognise that it is vital that any complaints are dealt with promptly, courteously and in a manner that addresses all the issues. Any concerns that you may have should be raised either with our Senior Clark, Jason Drakeford or our Chambers Director, Liz Dux on 020 7797 8600. We will endeavour to resolve matters promptly but if we are unable to do so or if you wish to make a formal complaint, our complaints procedure is set out here.

In the event that you remain unhappy with the outcome of our complaints procedure, you have the choice of taking the matter further with the Legal Ombudsman. They have the responsibility for dealing with service complaints against legal professionals.  Please note they will only do so once our internal procedures have been exhausted. The legal ombudsman publishes the data on all resolved complaints.  To view decision data click here.
