We are pleased to announce that Timothy Higginson has been appointed as a Legal Chair of the British Equestrian Federation. Tim has a varied practice which principally encompasses commercial and chancery litigation, professional negligence disputes and sports-related matters, including football, horse racing, boxing and rugby. As a Legal Chair Tim will hear and determine regulatory and disciplinary proceedings. This appointment further bolsters the reputation of Littleton’s highly regarded Sports Law Group.
