Nicholas Siddall to speak at White Paper Discrimination Conference on 21 May 2015
Nicholas Siddall will join 7 other cream-of-the-crop lawyers to give skilful, persuasive and highly advantageous answers to 15 thorny discrimination questions at a White Paper Conference next Thursday.
Nicholas will be answering questions on incoming disabilities such as:
- Just exactly what is and is not a disability – with particular reference to obesity?
- What questions can you safely ask a candidate or employee about his or her lifestyle?
- How far should you go in making adjustments to attendance targets, redundancy criteria or performance targets – what is reasonable?
The conference, entitled Discrimination: Shaping New Law into Solution-Focused Answers for Employers, will take place at the Caledonia Club on Thursday 21 May. The sold out conference will also be run in Manchester and re-run in London in June. Click here for more details.
