Jonathan Cohen QC and Marc Delehanty, instructed by Grosvenor Law Ltd, are acting for Mandy Gray in her claim against her ex-boyfriend Hamish Hurley concerning the ownership of foreign assets worth tens of millions of pounds (including a collection of rare sports cars) purchased during their relationship. The case – which has grabbed the headlines (see The Times, Daily Mail and The Mirror) – was in Court this week as Mr Hurley seeks to contest the jurisdiction of the English Court to determine the dispute.
