Littleton seeks applications from well-regarded, experienced and ambitious commercial litigation practitioners, both at Silk and Junior level, to support its expanding commercial litigation team.
Members of Chambers are regularly instructed in all areas of commercial litigation, including contractual disputes, breaches of fiduciary duties, misuse of confidential information and trade secrets, civil fraud, asset tracing, asset preservation orders, private international legal disputes, banking, swaps litigation, commodities disputes, corporate, shareholder and business transfer disputes and insolvency matters.
Applicants should have significant experience in some or all of the above.
