Littleton’s Employment Group has responded to a consultation launched by the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (‘ADGM’) on 6 January 2015. The Board is proposing to establish a statutory framework of employment rights and an Employment Tribunal within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
