Employment: DIFC & ADGM Litigation (UK-based barristers)

London-based Mohinderpal Sethi KC is well known in the UAE market for his regular engagements on DIFC employment cases. He is experienced in representing both employers and individual employees. He is exceptional. I know he has done employee-side cases in the DIFC and he is excellent.
Edward Kemp is highly active in the DIFC courts, with recent experience relating to employee whistle-blower cases, discrimination issues and breach of contract claims. He also has extensive knowledge of ADGM court systems. He is based in London. Edward is very good, I’d look to instruct him on DIFC court work.
James Bickford Smith is based in London and commands a significant track record in employment litigation before the DIFC and ADGM. He is an accomplished barrister who often appears on cases such as executive terminations and business protection disputes. James is excellent in all respects. He is very easy to work with, responsive and a good strategist.
