The FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber has upheld a claim lodged by former professional footballer, Mamady Sidibe (who played for, amongst other clubs, Stoke City and Swansea City) in a claim for breach of contract against and the non-payment of his wages by CSKA Sofia. A counterclaim by CSKA Sofia was rejected by FIFA DRC.
