The Court of Appeal has handed down Judgment in Forse & Ors v Secarma & Ors [2019] EWCA Civ 215. The leading judgment, given by the Master of the Rolls, contains important guidance for practitioners upon the proper test to be applied in interim applications for interim injunctive – and in particular springboard – relief.
