James Green, Stuart Sanders, Georgina Churchhouse, Joel Wallace and Alexander Bryant have been appointed as members of the SCMP Legal Advice Service run by Sports Resolutions, which will “provide provide NGBs participating in the Safeguarding Case Management Programme (SCMP) with expert legal assistance in preparing for and/or attendance at safeguarding disciplinary hearings administered by Sport Resolutions.”
Sports Resolutions are “proud to play an increasingly key role in ensuring that sport is safe and accessible to all – and fair and independent process are fundamental in that aim.”
The SCMP Legal Advice Service came into effect on 1st September 2022, and there are now 41 sports that have signed up to the Programme.
