Littleton’s Damian Brown QC and Nicholas Davidson QC of 4 New Square have been successful for the National Union of Mineworkers against Arthur Scargill. They were instructed by Liz Lang of Bird & Bird in establishing that the NUM was not obliged to pay for a flat in London’s Barbican rented by its former President, Arthur Scargill.
