Chris Quinn is representing two senior executives pursuing a claim in the High Court against their former employers, PNC Global Logistics on the basis that they were wrongfully dismissed to avoid the company paying fair value for their shares. The case has attracted much publicity as the claimants allege that their former employers contrived their dismissal and infringed their right to privacy by their inspection of group WhatsApp messages.
