Professor Erika Szyszczak has co-authored (with Dr Emily Lydgate) a new Briefing Paper on the ramifications of triggering Article 50 TEU to initiate the formal Brexit negotiations. The Briefing Paper explores the legal scope of Article 50 TEU negotiations, addressing in particular the issues relating to forging new trade deals with, and outside of, the European Union.
