Adam Solomon QC, acted for the Second Respondent in this return date on a freezing order. At an ex parte hearing, the Claimant had obtained a £4million freezing order. At the return date before Andrew Henshaw QC, Adam persuaded the judge to discharge the injunction on the basis that there was no risk of dissipation. The Judge also commented that it would also have been discharged for material non-disclosure.
