Martin Fodder has successfully defended a claim of unfair dismissal in the Stoke Employment
Tribunal brought by consultant maxillofacial surgeon Mr Roger Bainton against
his former employer, the University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS
Trust. Mr Bainton had been dismissed under the Trust’s MHPS Policy.Martin
was instructed by Andrew Davidson and Catherine Charlton of Hempsons and also
assisted by Andrew Vernon and Claire Wills-Brown of the NHS Trust’s Legal
Services Department.
