Daniel Tatton Brown, who was
led by Andrew Stafford QC, appeared on behalf of the successful Appellant,
Creditsights, in an important decision of the Court of Appeal concerning
territorial jurisdiction in unfair dismissal claims. The Court of Appeal
allowed an appeal against the decision of the EAT in Dhunna v Creditsights [2013] I.C.R. 909.
